Our History
IPM was founded in 2007 by Mr. Erik Fleming. Under his leadership, the office in Tyler has grown steadfastly by delivering on commitments and operating on principals of Safety, Honesty, and Integrity.
IPM has maintained an exemplary safety record since inception and is an annual recipient of best-in-class safety recognition awards.
IPM and its personnel have decades of experience in the Refining, Chemicals, Midstream, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets.
